About the Opportunity
This is an ideal position for a qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, seeking to expand their experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will have a solid background in sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will work closely with a friendly team handling a strong pipeline of conveyancing work, supporting private clients, developers, housing associations, and businesses across Northern Ireland.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload, providing excellent client service and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Responsible for residential transactions from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
* Opportunity to gain experience and broaden your skill set into commercial property and Corporate Support over time.
We are Looking For
* A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland (15 years PQE ideally).
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
* Excellent client-handling skills and clear communication.
