 
        
        What You'll Do:
Set up, maintain, and repair gaming machines, PCs, and AV equipment.
Troubleshoot everything from software glitches to hardware faults (power supplies, wiring, PCBs, etc.).
Carry out component-level repairs - yes, that means soldering
Provide clear, friendly support to non-technical teammates.
Keep systems up and running across multiple sites.
Travel to our Cork casino a couple of days each week for on-site support.
Log your work and keep track of repairs, parts, and incidents.
Manage spare parts stock and stay organized.
Work safely and carefully around electrical systems.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in a hands-on tech role (PC/laptop repair, field service, electronics, etc.).
Great problem-solving skills for both hardware and software.
Confident with soldering and PCB-level repairs.
Comfortable working with mains voltage (230V).
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Full driving license and your own transport.
A self-starter attitude and a genuine love for tech.
Bonus Points For:
Linux know-how (Debian, Ubuntu).
Networking basics (IPs, subnets, VLANs).
Experience with Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
Familiarity with AV gear like amplifiers and projectors.
Some coding or database knowledge.
