JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: STAFF NURSE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, LIMERICK PERMANENT FULL -TIME CONTRACT (37.5 Hours Per Week).
Salary: €37,288 -€55,477 * (lsi) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .

Ability to network with external agencies, PHN's, GP's, acute hospitals etc.
Experience of working in an interdisciplinary /multidisciplinary team.
Have ability to manage a caseload and to work on own initiative.
Have a full clean manual Irish driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Proficiency in the English language.
Desirable: Experience working in community setting providing supports to people with intellectual disabilities.
Have a good knowledge of HIQA Standards and the PCP framework.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Have experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of high-quality care to the Supported Individuals.
Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework as set out in the job description.
