The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality within accommodation, food service, costings and financials. Responsibilities Monitor and manage operational budgets, control costs, expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. Manage daily operations across all departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food service) to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee cleanliness, facility maintenance, supply levels, and overall operational quality to meet established standards.
