My client based in Dublin City Centre are currently on the lookout for a Operations Support Analyst to join their team.Daily rate contractThey are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the secure relocation and handling of sensitive financial documentation within a regulated operations environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate tracking, transfer, and integrity of materials throughout the relocation process.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve documents and files from designated secure storage locationsAccurately count and record document files and boxes in line with inventory proceduresSecurely pack and organise documents into appropriate containers for transferApply seals and labels in accordance with security and traceability protocolsAssist with the completion and maintenance of inventory logs and transfer documentationAdhere strictly to security, operational, and safety procedures at all timesCollaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and operational objectives are achievedRequirementsExperience within financial services or regulated environments is advantageousStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyReliable, punctual, and capable of completing tasks efficientlyComfortable performing physically active tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting within safe handling guidelinesAbility to work effectively within a team environment and follow operational instructionsGood communication skills with the ability to elevate issues where requiredStrong awareness of confidentiality and handling sensitive information securelyPrevious experience in document handling, inventory management, or secure operations environments is advantageous but not essentialLeaving Certificate or equivalent educational background preferred
