Key Responsibilities
Regional People Leadership – Ireland & UK
Implement geo-specific People strategies aligned with local regulations and cultural expectations.
Lead regional initiatives across talent acquisition, engagement, organizational design, and change.
Drive compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and company policies.
Oversee employee relations matters and provide expert guidance on complex cases.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within HR systems (Workday).
Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
Assess and refine organizational structures to improve alignment, agility, and productivity.
Lead succession planning and talent movement discussions across the region.
Collaborate with FP&A on headcount planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting.
Leverage people data and insights to identify talent gaps and influence decision-making.
EMEA Sales Partnership
Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership to align People initiatives with commercial priorities.
Support and reinforce a high-performance culture linked to company values and competencies.
Guide leaders through change initiatives, balancing employee and business needs.
Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management
Support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with COEs and HR Operations to deliver merit, bonus, evaluation, and promotion processes.
Promote consistent performance management and recognition practices.
Establish forums and communication platforms to strengthen transparency and engagement.
Skills & Competencies
Contributing independently across multiple locations and functions.
Applying strong business acumen and strategic thinking to People initiatives.
Solving complex problems independently, balancing short-and-long-term outcomes.
Operating confidently in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Strong analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred) OR equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR/People Business Partner experience.
Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment law.
Preference for experience partnering with commercial or Sales functions.
