Job Description
This role involves providing administrative support to our financial services team, including front-of-house duties such as reception, welcoming clients, and answering telephone calls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments for clients with our financial advisors.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and organization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2+ years' experience in an office administration-based position
* Sound working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite
* Strong, demonstrated administration and organisation skills
