We're looking for a
Remote IT Technician
to join our global IT team — providing technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across our organization.
What You'll Do:
* Provide remote technical support to employees via chat, email, or phone
* Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues
* Install, configure, and update systems, applications, and devices
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, access, setup)
* Monitor and maintain IT systems performance and security
* Document issues, resolutions, and procedures accurately
* Collaborate with other IT teams on larger troubleshooting or infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications
* Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and IT management platforms
* Basic understanding of networking (VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc.)
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer service mindset
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
