## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Qualitiy Engineer** located in **Cork,Ireland.
**Reporting to the **Business Excellence Manager,** the **Qualitiy Engineer** role involves maintaining and improving the site's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems.
The role supports operational excellence by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the implementation of quality, environmental, and safety programs across the account.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality and EHS Management Systems (QEHS) in line with ISO standards and regulatory requirements* Develop, review, and control QEHS documentation—including procedures, work instructions, forms, and training materials—ensuring compliance with relevant industry guidelines.
* Lead NC, CAPA, and root-cause investigations; maintain compliance tracking, risk assessments, and EHS controls; and stay informed on upcoming regulatory changes.
* Support and participate in internal and external audits, customer visits, and inspections, acting as a key liaison and contributing to the internal audit program.
* Partner with Operations and provide technical support across all functions to meet quality, safety, environmental, and performance targets, while supporting the development and standardisation of QEHS metrics.
* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reporting of QEHS data; lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and waste-reduction projects.
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of QEHS projects by participating in or leading cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental requirements are integrated into deliverables, and assisting with project scheduling, resource planning, documentation control, and milestone tracking.
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate QEHS training programs while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility, ensuring all training records, competency assessments, and documentation remain fully up to date.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
* At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Environmental, or Health & Safety Systems.
* Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****), and cGMP requirements is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred.
* Quick learner with ability to adapt to new processes.
* Flexibility with working hours when required.
