We are currently inviting applications from experienced Front Office professionals with 1–2 years’ 4*/5* hotel experience to join our team.
As part of the Front Office team, you will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the department, including reservations, guest check‑in and check‑out, room allocations, billing, and being the main point of contact for our guests.
Requirements:
1–2 years’ previous 4*/5* hotel front office experience
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath (preferred)
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
Handle reservations, guest enquiries and correspondence efficiently
Ensure accurate billing and smooth check‑in/check‑out procedures
Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management
Uphold the highest standards of presentation, service and security
Hours: 8‑hour shifts, five days over seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
