Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) – South Dublin

Excel Recruitment is proud to partner with a global leader in facilities management to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager for a permanent, hybrid role based in South Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of hard services within a dynamic, high-profile workplace that champions collaboration, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee technical services across multiple sites, working closely with soft services and event teams throughout Ireland.
* Manage and motivate technical teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring all services meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance and client experience.
* Support business growth by recommending and implementing additional services where appropriate.
* Ensure contract delivery aligns with financial, legal, and operational objectives, optimising cost-effectiveness and profitability.
* Act as a trusted leader and ambassador for the company, promoting best practices and corporate values.

Requirements

* Extensive experience managing hard services within an outsourced, integrated facilities management environment.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple sites effectively.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship management skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality services.
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
* Familiarity with FM systems and reporting tools (advantageous).
