Recruiter Position
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all stages of the employee lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to pipeline management and offer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of candidate pipelines through every life cycle stage, ensuring positive candidate experiences
* Development of creative recruitment sourcing strategies
* Coaching and advising management on talent acquisition best practices throughout each process
* Research and provision of relevant market research to improve hiring processes
* Presenting and negotiating job offers in collaboration with HR and business managers
Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of successful recruiting and a keen eye for detail.
The role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver team objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a meaningful impact in our organization.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a large enterprise setting
* Strong sourcing and screening skills
* Ability to work through complexities and manage multiple priorities
