Job Title: Transport Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
The successful candidate will cover a wide range of duties relating to the transport of products to client sites nationwide as well as management of the vehicle fleet. This includes scheduling client deliveries, planning and optimizing routes for efficiency, updating client information, managing vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, resolving shipping queries, and assisting the wider transport team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be 3rd level qualified ideally in a relevant discipline and have 3-4+ years of experience in a corporate client-focused administration/co-ordination role. Experience from the shipping, logistics, or freight sectors would be an advantage. The candidate should also have excellent attention to detail, IT/data reporting skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage their own projects.
