Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Customer Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

You will act as the first point of contact for all demand fulfillment-related activities with Infineon customers, providing premium customer experience by orchestrating between customers and internal partners. Your responsibilities will include dealing with customer order management queries, analyzing customers' market and business needs, and anticipating future customer requirements in line with the overall Infineon strategy.

You will strive for continuous optimization of customer supply chain concepts, ensuring on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction. You will work with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a zero-defect mindset, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 3rd level qualification in a business or related discipline (Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred)
* 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Customer Related environment
* Fluency in English and German required
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and high computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office, CRM, Jira, and Tableau
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the required languages
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work on your own initiative with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Expertise in utilizing reporting platforms effectively to gather key data and present reporting outcomes to customers, external stakeholders, and management teams
* Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
* Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with valued customers
