We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth in our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, be APA qualified, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing insurance policies and delivering excellent service to all personal lines customers.
* Retaining customers through focused business retention strategies and consistently meeting renewal targets.
* Maintaining up-to-date data on applied relay systems.
* Addressing customer requests efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
* APA Insurance qualification minimum.
* 2+ years experience working in personal lines insurance.
* Applied system (Relay) knowledge is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
