Occupational Health Nurse
The Occupational Health Nurse is a crucial role that focuses on delivering proactive occupational health services to ensure the overall wellbeing of workers in a large construction site.
This position plays a vital part in maintaining compliance with Irish health and safety legislation while fostering a culture of resilience and wellbeing. The OHN will be responsible for managing several key responsibilities, including delivering weekly site inductions, managing the Health & Wellbeing Cabin as a confidential space, conducting routine health surveillance, providing support for mental health concerns, developing and distributing health communications across site platforms, leading health promotion campaigns aligned with national guidelines, organizing on-site events and workshops.
