Job Title: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR activities and ensuring that all employee queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the administrative duties of the HR department.
* Ensure that all employee files are maintained and kept up to date.
* Manage and monitor the recruitment process.
* Arrange refresher training as necessary.
* Coordinate training sessions.
* Manage employee grievances.
* Submit the weekly payroll submission to the payroll department.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources Management or studying to pursue same.
* Minimum 3 years' previous experience working in a HR role/within a HR department.
* Good knowledge of employment law and best practice.
* Excellent leadership and conflict management skills.
* Organised with ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
