Job Title: Project Manager Projects; Residential & Commercial Developments Location(s): Dublin / Leinster) Salary:€100,000 + benefits A highly regarded and fast-growing property development company with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential and commercial projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple developments from inception through to completion.
This is a senior role suited to a commercially focused Project Manager who excels at strategic oversight, financial performance, and stakeholder management, while working closely with Site Managers who control day-to-day site operations.
The Role Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, procurement, and mobilisation through to handover Take full responsibility for financial performance, including budgets, cost control, valuations, and variations to maximise profitability Develop and manage strategic project programmes, ensuring site teams are properly resourced to achieve key milestones Oversee subcontractor procurement, appointments, and contractual compliance Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, local authorities, and senior management Support Site Managers in maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Ensure all projects meet and exceed BCAR requirements and Irish building regulations Provide detailed monthly reports covering programme, cost, risk, and mitigation strategies Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Irish construction industry Strong background in residential development (commercial experience an advantage) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline In-depth knowledge of BCAR, Irish planning processes, and building regulations Proficiency in project management software (e.g.
