After your morning huddle where you will sync with the team, you'll get to work ensuring that queries are answered from the group inbox, making payments, processing receivables. You will report into the Group Head of Finance and sit alongside one Finance Manager, the CFO also works closely with this lovely team.ResponsibilitiesManage the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities, including invoice processing and preparing payment runs for automatic bank uploadHandle employee expense claims, process expenses in NetSuite, and prepare related payment batchesPrepare customer invoices and post all revenue transactions in NetSuitePost journal entries, supplier invoices, customer credits, and related financial dataOversee Accounts Receivable and manage debt collectionPrepare bi-monthly VAT returnsComplete bank reconciliationsManage the shared finance inbox and respond to internal/external queriesSkills, knowledge, behaviours and experiencePreferred to have previous experience using NetSuiteMust have prior experience in Accounts Payable, Revenue posting, and general bookkeepingMust have a good working level of English, to C1 level on the European framework of languages.Must have the legal right to work in the UK or Ireland (we do not hold a sponsorship licence)Our recruitment processWe believe great teams are built on diversity, respect and equal opportunity.
