About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Leasing Legal Director to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing documentation in support of sales, trading, technical and financing activities.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have significant experience in international aviation leasing law and be able to demonstrate strong decision-making skills. They will negotiate and manage lease agreements, contracts, redelivery agreements and other documentation related to aircraft leasing transactions. Additionally, they will work closely with external counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
