Job Title: Regional Development Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and success of our regional teams. As a Regional Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting local fundraising Branches with their events, queries, administrative needs, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and build relationships with Branches and be responsive to their requirements.
* Support Branches with their administrative needs.
* Ensure best practice is being followed by volunteers.
* Help ensure the success of planned fundraising events/campaigns/projects alongside the Fundraising Team Lead and local Branches.
About the Role: This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, experience in sales and/or fundraising, and a passion for business development. You will work closely with a dynamic team to make a real difference in the lives of people who are vision impaired and families of children with autism.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH BRANCHES AND PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.
* ENSURING BEST PRACTICE IS FOLLOWED BY VOLUNTEERS.
* HELPING TO ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF PLANNED FUNDRAISING EVENTS/CAMPAIGNS/PROJECTS.
