QA Engineer ****** Desired skills: QA, Automation, Selenium, Athlone QA Engineer Location: Ireland (Mostly remote with occasional visits to office in Athlone) Overview A leading logistics and distribution organisation is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software across multiple systems.
This role involves analysing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and identifying defects prior to release.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Analyse requirements and ensure full test coverage Create, maintain, and execute test cases Perform manual, automation, and performance testing Identify, document, and track defects Produce clear QA documentation and reports Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes Requirements Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and manage workload Desirable: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar ISTQB certification Experience in automation testing (. Selenium) Experience in performance testing (.
