The Role:
We are seeking full-time Bar Tender, - 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.
Very competitive salary/rates will apply to this position/s DOE.
Main Duties:
* Take a leading role in the bar while on duty.
* Take an active role in the development of the bar/bar trade.
* Ensure service standards are being delivered within the bars while on duty.
* Working behind the bar/preparing drinks
* General bar service duties
* Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times
* Hygiene duties
Requirements:
* 1-2+ years experience as a Senior Bartender
* Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus
* Must be able to develop more junior team members.
* Have a leadership presence within the bar.
* Must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts.
* Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range
* Excellent communications and people skills
* Must be able to work as part of a team
