Quality Manager Job
We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality of our projects and ensure they meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record in quality management.
Job Description:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards. This includes coordinating with project managers, developing strategies and plans for quality management, and conducting regular site visits to test the quality of work and materials.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with project managers to ensure that quality standards are met
* Develop and implement quality management strategies
* Conduct regular site visits to test the quality of work and materials
* Complete reports on site visits
* Ensure site teams are aware of and recognise the importance of quality standards
* Liaise with consultancies, clients, and regulatory agencies as required
* Attend regular meetings with the quality team to discuss pressing issues
* Attend site meetings to provide feedback on quality
* Attend management meetings to discuss reports from site
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A quality management degree or diploma
* 8+ years' experience in a similar position
* Previous experience in the construction industry
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to work independently
* Motivation to learn and grow within the role
* A full driving license
