Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to fill a full-time position involving a diverse range of responsibilities across probate and conveyancing matters.
Main Responsibilities:
* Audiology transcription services, including dictation typing
* General administrative duties and office support tasks
* Telephone communication with clients and stakeholders
* Case file management and assistance with legal tasks under the supervision of a senior partner
* Independence in task completion and initiative-taking skills
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and project management capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Prior experience working in a legal office environment, preferably in probate and conveyancing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel
* Familiarity with case management systems; experience using the Keyhouse Case Management System is advantageous
* The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative
