* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
* At least 7 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within practice.
* Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more.
* Strong technical expertise across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance.
* Commercial insight and a client-focused approach.
* Excellent communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
