Job Title:
Operations Project Leader
Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, Gantt charts and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
* Manage relationships with external parties, vendors, contractors and suppliers.
* Co-ordinate and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure project success.
* Comply with health & safety regulations, and environmental and quality standards.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Monitor project progress, track KPIs and report updates to stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Facilitate project meetings, workshops and progress reviews.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (ideally in Manufacturing).
* Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Strong financial and budget management skills.
* Knowledge of risk management and change management principles.
* Willingness to travel between sites.
