This role supports day-to-day commercial operations as well as commissioning, qualification, and validation activities across a state-of-the-art facility.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, project design teams, CQV, and Automation/CSV groups to support facility start-up and validation activities.• Develop and review operating procedures and documentation for large-scale downstream manufacturing.• Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions.• Maintain full compliance withGMPstandards andSOPs.• Participate in investigations, troubleshooting, and process optimisation using scientific, engineering, and lean principles.• Operate production equipment and utilise automation systems such asDeltaV,Syncade, andOSI/PI Historian.• Use supporting systems includingSAP,TrackWise, andMaximo.• Review batch records and exception reports in partnership with Quality teams; contribute to investigations and audit readiness.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Qualifications & Experience• Level 6+ qualification in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience in a regulated environment (cGMP/ISO/cleanroom).• 1–3+ years' experience in large-scale biopharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing.• Experience withDeltaVorMESis an advantage.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.• Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to production schedules.Shift RequirementsThis position operates on a24/7 shift patternto support continuous manufacturing.
