Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to transform the future of STEM by inspiring the next generation, driving equality, and shaping policy in Ireland.

The position involves delivering workshops in schools, influencing national conversations on gender balance in STEM, and building research profiles that contribute to Ireland's ambition for a fair and inclusive STEM sector.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering the STEM Passport programme to secondary school students
* Building networks across education, research, and industry to shape national STEM and EDI practices
* Leading research and publishing internationally on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion
* Developing and running workshops, training, and knowledge exchange on EDI and gender balance
* Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues on equality initiatives


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience in project management, analysis, and report-writing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
