This is a senior commercial role with responsibility for driving sales performance, developing strategy, and working closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing, strong availability, and effective customer support.You will collaborate closely withSales and Purchasing, taking ownership of key commercial decisions includingordering, pricing, OEM2 activity, and overall strategy.This is ahybrid rolecombining office-based work, customer visits, and occasional trade shows (including some weekend attendance).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow sales performance across the island of IrelandDevelop and deliver the commercial strategy for the categoryOwn product ordering and demand planning in collaboration with internal teamsManage pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and margin performanceDrive sales activity and customer engagement through structured territory managementDevelop and manage OEM2 opportunities and partnershipsWork closely with Purchasing and Sales teams to align stock, pricing, and customer needsRepresent the business at trade shows and industry events when requiredMonitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform decisionsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialStrong experience within the sector, ideally with proven commercial resultsSolid technical knowledge and the ability to speak confidently with customersStrong commercial judgement across sales, pricing, and product/category performanceConfident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomesA self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of resultsFull clean driving licence (customer-facing travel required)DesirableExperience managing a product/category range, ordering, or pricing responsibilityExisting network in the market on the island of IrelandExperience supporting OEM or distribution partnershipsWorking PatternThis is a hybrid roleincluding:Office-based work (Antrim / Cavan / Dublin)Customer site visits and account managementOccasional trade shows and events, which may include weekend workSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Bonus structure based on experience and performanceCompany vehicle provided
