Client Profile: Semi State
Our client is a Semi State seeking an experienced Financial Professional to manage one of their divisions. This is a high profile role taking full ownership of the finance function, leading the team and ensuring efficiency within the function.
Position: Financial Controller
This is an integral part of the Senior Management Team overseeing all aspects of finance and taking the lead on process improvement and managing key relationships.
Duties will include:
* Lead and develop Finance team
* Monthly management accounts production along with analysis
* Review and prepare KPIs
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Review and improve internal controls
* All aspects of year end and external audit management
* Ad hoc reporting as required
* Projects for streamlining and improving processes
* Review and improve systems in place
* Document policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years PQE
* Experience of leading and developing Finance team
* Excellent communication skills
* Experienced in the use of finance ERP systems
