RBK has provided accounting, audit and taxation services to domestic and overseas businesses in Ireland for over 65 years. We have grown from a relatively small regional practice to Ireland's leading independently branded accountancy firm, with offices in Dublin, Athlone, Roscommon and Castlebar.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to utilize and develop skills working within a variety of areas in the Firm and working closely with a number of our Partners and Management teams.

Duties
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide reception cover as needed and manage a busy switchboard while dealing with clients.
* Manage client correspondence (e‑mail, letters, post, packages, etc.).
* Support various teams and Partners during any onsite/off‑site meetings (catering, refreshments, meeting rooms, overnight accommodation booking, etc.).
* Maintain office supplies, refreshments and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
* Tackle any additional administrative tasks that arise.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience working in a reception/office environment is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
* Ability to collaborate with co‑workers, clients and suppliers.
* Working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
* A confident, pleasant and friendly communicator, capable of performing in a multi‑reporting environment.
* A team player who is flexible and reliable.
* Confidentiality is an important part of the role.
