This is a full-time position reporting to the hotel manager and operations manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel, ensuring excellent service and product standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the hotel and assist departments when necessary.
* Manage and support team members, ensuring they adhere to policies and provide excellent service.
* Assist in training, documenting accordingly, and develop staff.
* Ensure prompt resolution of guest issues and monitor billing, payments for accurate transactions.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum three years' supervisory/management experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Excellent guest care and service skills.
* Mature, positive, and pleasant manner.
* Creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to use business English verbally and through email correspondence.
* Knowledge of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, housekeeping, and reservations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in hotel management software.
