The Position Overview
* Develop and cultivate new business opportunities in the piling sector.
* Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients.
* Establish sales strategies and set performance goals and targets.
* Lead, train, and mentor a sales team.
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Manage contract execution, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
* Communicate effectively with clients and site teams.

The Ideal Candidate
* 5-10 years' experience within Civil Engineering, Piling, or Foundations.
* Proven Contract Management expertise in delivering projects.
* Strong Sales Management track record within the sector.
* Degree educated in Construction/Civil Engineering (preferred).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
* Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel 3-4 days per week across UK & ROI.
