We now need a full time
Senior Event Project Manager
to grow with us.

This is a full time permanent role.

What you will do

You will work directly with our MD and wider team, leading on international B2B events from brief to debrief, including:

* Owning timelines, task lists and delivery standards across multiple projects
* Acting as day to day client contact and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Preparing and presenting status updates, proposals, site visit reports, running orders and debriefs
* Supporting RFP responses, proposal development and pitch presentations
* Collaborating with the wider team to improve processes, tools and ways of working

Your strongest lane will be
Event Operations
, and you will also work across
Event Strategy
and
Event Production
.

Event Operations your core lane

This is where you will spend most of your time.

* Lead the operational delivery of international B2B events
* Manage hotels, rooming lists, travel, F&B, transfers and social events
* Oversee registration journeys and data, using Stova or similar tools with colleagues
* Own budgets, cost sheets, supplier contracts and financial reconciliations
* Produce detailed timelines, manifests, briefing notes and onsite schedules
* Keep clients informed with clear, proactive communication and regular updates

Event Strategy

* Support clients in shaping event purpose, objectives and success measures
* Help design agendas, formats and session concepts that keep people engaged
* Contribute ideas that avoid death by PowerPoint and encourage interaction
* Support with speaker suggestions, briefings and content flow for plenary and breakouts

Event Production

* Liaise with AV and production partners on room layouts, technical specifications and show flows
* Support stage set and screen content planning, including holding slides, walk on music and video content
* Assist with show calling or stage management during live sessions where needed
* Support exhibition or sponsor areas, including floor plans and exhibitor coordination where relevant

About you

* Minimum three years experience running corporate events in an event agency environment
* Strong and proven Event Operations background, with confidence owning the operational detail of complex events
* Hands on experience in Event Strategy and Event Production, or a clear appetite to develop further in both
* Experience delivering international events with multi day programmes
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a habit of checking your work before it reaches the client
* Confident in leading client communication and calls, and comfortable having honest, grown up conversations
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and event technology such as Stova or similar registration platforms
* Comfortable working remotely in a small, high trust team, with a calm and professional approach during busy periods
* Willing and able to travel internationally for site visits and events, including periods of up to seven to nine consecutive days onsite

Travel and onsite expectations

Global travel is a meaningful and rewarding part of this role.

Our events take place globally, so you will travel several times per year for site visits and live events as part of a small, supportive team.

* Travel will be a mix of shorter trips for site inspections and longer trips for event delivery
* Some projects involve being onsite for a full event week
* These trips are planned well in advance and you will be supported before, during and after each event
* Onsite days can be busy, with some early starts or late finishes, so you should enjoy the buzz of live delivery and working closely with clients and suppliers
* Between events there are quieter periods focused on planning, follow up and project work.

We work remotely
, with the option of hybrid working from our office in
Swords, Dublin
beside Dublin Airport.
