Key Responsibilities
Growth
* Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility.
* Set clear annual, quarterly, and monthly targets with robust plans to achieve them.
* Identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets, channels, and customer segments.
* Identify, assess, and support potential acquisition opportunities, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to evaluate commercial fit, strategic value, and integration considerations.
Leadership & Performance Management
* Lead, coach, and develop both the internal and external sales teams to achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage the full sales pipeline process including forecasting, lead management, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
* Establish a high‑performance culture through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and continuous development.
Marketing & Customer Development
* Oversee all marketing activity including digital campaigns, content strategy, brand positioning, promotions, and customer communications.
* Manage social media, website content, and digital presence ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and product launches.
* Conduct competitor analysis, customer insight studies, and market research to inform strategy and positioning.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to uncover opportunities and increase market penetration.
Working Together
* Work closely with Finance, Operations and the Senior Leadership Team to align commercial activity with business objectives.
* Support pricing strategy, product development, and new product introduction.
Commercial & Budget Accountability
* Own the sales and marketing budget; ensure optimal ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
* Report regularly to the SLT on performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and acquisition prospects.

* Proven success as a
Sales & Marketing Manager
with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
* Demonstrated ability to
lead, inspire, and develop teams
to reach their full potential.
* Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Experience using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
