We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive administrative support within a clinical department. This role involves providing full secretarial and typing services to consultants and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
* Offer high-quality secretarial and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and data management.
* Type medical correspondence, reports, and discharge summaries with high accuracy.
* Manage patient appointments, clinic schedules, and medical records accurately and confidentially.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, wards, and external services to guarantee smooth workflow.
* Maintain databases and hospital systems in line with data-protection and policy standards.
Requirements
* Prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration is essential (Grade IV level desirable).
* Demonstrate strong typing and audio transcription skills with high accuracy.
* Show excellent IT skills including MS Word, Outlook, and patient-management systems.
* Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
