Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join our Child Disability Network Team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled occupational therapist to work with children and families in a dynamic team environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children and young people with disabilities, including physical, sensory, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and autism.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of children (0-18 years) with disabilities and develop individualised plans to promote independence and participation.
* Carry out assessments, interventions, and support plans to meet the needs of children and their families.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-focused care.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in service planning and evaluation.
Essential Requirements:
* CORU registration (or evidence of application/eligibility).
* Experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Full clean driver's license and access to own transport for community visits.
* Current residency in Ireland with the legal right to work without restrictions.
