Senior Sales Leader

The Role
* Manage and support a national sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

Candidates should have a relevant degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C setting. Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including closing strategies and pipeline management, is essential. Commercially driven individuals who can align team performance to wider business objectives are ideal candidates for this role.
