* Package: from €47,862 + dependent on experience (plus potential to earn discretionary bonus)

* Working Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our Cases team, based in our office in Ireland! This is a full-time, permanent position.
This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience managing healthcare regulatory cases.
As a Case Manager, you will be at the forefront of protecting the careers, reputation, and financial interests of our Members worldwide. You will be the first point of contact for member queries on our Advice Line and will manage cases from initiation to resolution, working with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Our Case Managers are essential in ensuring Members receive the support they need. You will manage your own caseload, helping members through sensitive times in their careers, while developing technical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for Member queries on our Advice Line.
* Determine the level of assistance based on membership policy and benefits.
* Manage informal complaints to achieve first contact resolution.
* Deliver fair treatment and outcomes, ensuring policy compliance.
* Additional duties may include presentations, article writing, and coaching.
Candidate Profile
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* Analytical problem-solving abilities
* Customer service experience and passion for service quality
* Experience managing complex or conflicting priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in regulatory law, preferably in medical or dental sectors
