Systems Analyst / Power Platform Developer
We are working with a leading FS company who are seeking an experienced
Power Platform Developer / Systems Analyst
for a fixed-term engagement. This role will focus on delivering BI and Power Platform solutions that enable smarter decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

* Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable BI and Power Platform solutions.
* Design and develop applications, dashboards, and workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
* Build and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability.
* Collaborate with business verticals and technical teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
* Support adoption of BI and Power Platform tools through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Experience

* Background in Insurance or Financial Services, with knowledge of industry processes and reporting needs is essential
* Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate especially).
* Strong skills in Power BI development and data modelling.
* Understanding of BI concepts, data flows, and system integration.
* Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and consistency.
