Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage staff, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the wine bar and restaurant
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and consistent quality
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Person Specification
Must-Haves:
Previous management experience in a restaurant, wine bar, or similar high-quality hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Strong financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for food, wine, and exceptional service
Nice to Have:
Wine knowledge or sommelier training
Experience with event planning or private dining coordination
