Job Description
This role is focused on proactively engaging with firms to understand their specific business challenges, needs, and requirements within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to support these needs and develop sales and partner channel opportunities to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
* Sales Leadership: Develop new business for Banking, Insurance & Capital Market sectors, leveraging existing and creating new relationships for commercial growth.
* Relationship Building: Build long-term profitable relationships with senior-level key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts.
* Large-Scale Sales Opportunities: Lead large sales opportunities (7/8 figure sales opportunities) developed both directly through our Commercial team and/or through our strategic technology partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a sales environment with a solid background in the Financial Services sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage at all levels across an organisation internally and externally.
Requirements
* Commercial Awareness: Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
* Influencing Skills: Ability to get people at multiple levels to deliver what you need on time and with high quality.
* Knowledge of Financial Services Sector Buying Cycles: Knowledge of the Financial Services sector buying cycles and procurement processes, including Frameworks, Channel Partners, and complex bidding environments.
