This role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of client billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial processes.Key responsibilities include directing the monthly financial review, managing detailed billing operations, and generating comprehensive service and financial reports for both the client and internal stakeholders. The role also involves conducting in-depth financial analysis with a focus on budget adherence, cost-effectiveness, and financial forecasting to support strategic choices.The Finance Lead ensures transparency and accountability in financial reporting, while identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous optimisation of billing processesWhat else it involvesWork collaboratively with the client Finance and Audit team to ensure prompt reporting and processing of all financial payments and reports.Support client Regional Mobile Administrators with tailored reports.Conduct monthly billing reviews and resolves billing issues.Train, and develop capabilities in the framework client team.Set KPIs to measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of the Finance Function of the successful Tenderer. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
