Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support is at the heart of this role. As a Rental Service Technician, you will play a crucial part in delivering high standards of service by installing rental equipment and supporting as a field-based technician.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits.
* Carry out work for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Customer Breakdowns, Warranty work, Hire and Commissioning workloads at customer sites.
* Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
* Collaborate with the rental desk, sales, and operations team to share key customer insights.
* Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
* Communicate with supervisors, operations managers, senior technicians, and customers on updates and to drive continuous improvement.
