The Legal Secretary role is a key position within our client's legal practice in Limerick city.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Preparation and Typing
* Manage the filing system for solicitors, including indexing material, identifying new files, and scanning efficient retrieval of files.
* Work efficiently using initiative, take responsibility without direction, and use discretion as needed.
* Perform general office administration duties, prioritizing tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
* Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
This full-time permanent role is based on-site in our client's offices in Limerick city. A competitive salary range commensurate with skills and experience is offered, along with benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
