Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Dublin Salary: Competitive, DOE We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join one of Irelands most respected contractors, who have a strong reputation for delivering high quality projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education and industrial sectors. This contractor have a very healthy pipeline of work across Dublin and are looking for a Contracts Manager to get involved in several projects, from pre-construction through to completion. This is a chance to get involved in projects ranging from €5M - €75M Key Responsibilities: Manage projects to ensure safe delivery on programme, within budget, and to handover requirements Oversee construction activities including programme management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and H&S regulations Lead site meetings, monitor progress, manage variations, and maintain accurate project records and reporting Liaise with design, commercial, procurement, and senior management teams to ensure effective project delivery and staffing coordination Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline 3+ years in a Contracts Manager role with a main contractor Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills Excellent technical knowledge with ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements Proactive, and solutions-focused with strong organisational and multi-project management ability To Apply: Send your updated CV to confidentially.
