Overview
Java Developer (IDAM Technical Specialist) opportunity to join the Bank's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The team focuses on maturing and expanding Identity Governance processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a mix of day-to-day support and development work to enhance and automate IAM processes. The successful candidate will receive immediate and ongoing training in SailPoint to build on existing technical knowledge.
In this Role, you will
* Design, develop, implement, and support IAM Governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ (Joiner / Mover / Leaver processing, access certifications, SoD monitoring, RBAC, automated provisioning).
* Provide SME support to strategic projects maturing IAM processes.
* Collaborate with the team to own the development lifecycle of SailPoint IAM Governance enhancements.
* Support the integration of SailPoint with business applications and other IAM solutions.
* Provide production support to maintain a stable service and address incidents promptly.
* Create and maintain development and operational support documentation.
* Assist colleagues in leveraging SailPoint IIQ functionality.
* Support Management with embedding Information Security culture and behaviours.
What will make you stand out?
* A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Java developer. Knowledge of Angular, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Beanshell, PowerShell) is advantageous.
* Experience developing and testing code, understanding of the software development lifecycle, and familiarity with automated deployment (e.g., Jenkins), testing solutions, and version control (e.g., Git).
* Good knowledge across IT technologies (web servers, databases, operating systems).
* Some knowledge in designing and implementing IAM processes and architecture; full technical training in SailPoint IIQ will be provided.
* Experience with tools such as CyberArk, ServiceNow, and Active Directory is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Team and Role Details
The role is hybrid, based primarily at ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin. Colleagues are typically expected to work in-person a minimum of 8 days per month to support collaboration. Recruitment arrangements will be confirmed by the recruiter.
