Responsibilities:
* Assist in the overall management of training & development of all service users in accordance with agreed programmes.
* Provide assistance and support in day-to-day management and administration of human resources.
* Assist in managing the progress of each service user through the recruitment, assessment, induction, and IAPIPP process.

Requirements:
Relevant professional qualification in Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences is required.
A recognised QQI/HETAC qualification in Supervisory Management would be advantageous.
Experience of working with staff in a supervisory/management capacity is beneficial.
