Salary - €30,000 - €32,000 The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months experience working in an administrative role within professional services – a background in law is not essential. Duties & Responsibilities Providing full administrative support to the teamUpdating and tracking recordsManaging logistics of training sessions; liaising with internal and external speakers, booking rooms, calendar invites, ensuring rooms set up, circulating materials, updating recordsManaging firm subscriptions, keeping records, renewing, signing up new joiners, billing.Managing knowledge outlay including expenditure approval, payments, invoicesFormatting and uploading knowledge bulletinsUploading knowledge content on intranet (SharePoint) and client learning portalUpdating list of bulletin cases and articlesSkills & Attributes required Experience working in an administrative roleMS Office computer skills - experienced user of Word, Excel & PowerPointExperience using SharePoint would be an advantageExcellent administration and organisational skillsHappy to work on their own initiative but within a team structureExcellent communication skills required, both written and verbalMethodical and well organised individualEager to learn, enthusiastic and responsiveAttention to detail and accuracy is essentialFlexible team player but happy to work on your own initiativeAdaptable, positive, pro-active, and helpfulExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to get on well with colleagues at all levels within the firmExcellent time management skills
